# Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Ossvy platform and free tools.

## Allowed use

Track brands, products and competitors for legitimate marketing, research and reporting purposes, within the limits of your plan.

## Not allowed

Do not use Ossvy to break the law, to harass or impersonate others, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell access without an agreement with us.

## Fair use of free tools

The [free AI visibility check](https://ossvy.com/tools/ai-visibility-check.md) has daily limits per person. Automated or bulk checks are not allowed; contact us for higher volumes.

## If the policy is broken

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and other customers, and we will tell you why when we can.
