These terms apply when you use the Ossvy website, the free AI visibility check and the Ossvy platform. By creating an account or using a free tool, you agree to them.

## Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without permission.

## Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades and cancellations apply from the next billing period. Prices exclude VAT.

## Using the service

Use Ossvy only for lawful purposes and within the limits of your plan and our [acceptable use policy](https://ossvy.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy.md). Reports show what AI assistants answered at a moment in time; they are not guarantees of future results.
